KPIs

A Key Performance Indicator (KPI) is a type of performance measurement. Policy Planner uses KPIs on dashboards to provide a quick overview of how the domain, device group, or device is performing.

User Dashboard

  • Tickets Assigned To Me—the number of open tickets being managed by the signed in user for the selected domain.
  • Tickets Due (Next 7 Days)—the number of open tickets that are due within the next 7 days.
  • Tickets Available to Claim—the number of open, unassigned tickets that have not been used in the last 90 days.

Management Dashboard

  • Ticket Completion Rate (30-day History)—the percentage of tickets completed in the last 30 days compared to the total number of submitted tickets.
  • Average Ticket Age (30-day History)—the average number of days each open ticket has been in the system.
  • Tickets Canceled (30-day History)—the number of tickets that have been canceled.

Operations Dashboard

  • Open Tickets—the number of open tickets being managed for the selected domain.
  • Tickets Created (30-day History)—the number of tickets that were created in the last 30 days.
  • Closed Tickets (30-day History)—the number of tickets that have been closed in the last 30 days.
