Create Traffic Flow Profile

To create a traffic flow profile from the Security Rules page, complete the following steps.

1. From the Security Rules list, in the row for the rule to use, click the Menu icon , and then click Create Traffic Flow Profile.
2. Complete the General Information section.
   1. In the Name field, enter a unique name for the profile.
   2. The Target Device from the security rule selected is listed. You can click the list menu to select a different device.
   3. Enter an optional Description for the profile.
   4. Set the Data Collection Period.
3. Complete the Data Collection Criteria section.
   1. The Target Rule from the security rule selected is listed.

   Note: You must enter at least one of the following criteria. Some fields may be disabled if it is not required for the profile.

   2. In the Source field, enter the source IP address of the traffic flow profile.
   3. In the Destination field, enter the destination IP address of the traffic flow profile.
   4. From the Protocol menu, select the type of protocol for the source and destination IP addresses.
   5. In the Port field, enter the port for the traffic flow.
   6. In the Application field, enter the application name.
4. Click Create Flow Profile.
