Verify Change Plans
Tickets that do not pass auto verification, must be manually verified.
You cannot verify a ticket until all change plans have been reviewed.
If the system could not auto verify the change, you can manually verify that the change was implemented by selecting one or more related change logs. Selecting a change log is required for a rule or object change, but is not required for a general change. If you cannot locate a matching change log, you may want to consider rejecting the change.
To verify change plans, complete the following steps.
- On the ticket, click the Verification tab.
- For the change to verify, click the Edit icon

- On the Verify Change dialog box, you can:
- Planned Change: Click Show to see expanded details of the recommendation.
- Select Matching Change Logs: Select the change logs to be manually verified.
- Click Verified or Not Verified as needed.
- Click Save.
