Export Support Files

Exporting the latest normalized revisions for multiple devices in a selected group will allow you to replicate issues in a lab environment and reduce the end user data capture effort.

1. On the toolbar, click Device > Device Groups.

2. Select the device group from the list.

3. Click the Action menu icon and then select Export Device Group Support Files.

4. A .zip file containing RAW files of the latest normalized revision for the devices in the selected device group will automatically be downloaded to your machine.
