Customized Workflows

FireMon Pro Services team can help you create a customized workflow specific to your business needs.

There are limited configurations that can be set within specific default workflows. These can be adjusted per workflow in the Administration module (Workflow > Workflows > Edit) to allow configurations to be made to automatically create change plans on tickets. The sections available to edit are dependent on the type of workflow.

The sections include:
