Schedule Reports for Distribution
Scheduling a report for distribution lets you choose a specific report, set how often it runs, and specify whether it should be emailed and to whom.
There are two prerequisites to producing a snapshot-in-time report:
Configure your email server on Asset Manager.
Create a schedule that specifies which report to generate for which zone, how frequently, and to whom the report should be delivered.

Create a schedule that specifies which report to generate for which zone, how frequently, and to whom the report should be delivered.
Once you have completed the prerequisites, proceed as follows:
- Go to Reports > Browse Real-Time
- Select a report from the list.
- Click Schedule this Report.
- Complete the Add Report Schedule dialog box:
- Select the Active checkbox.
At any time, you can edit this schedule to set it as 'inactive' by clearing the checkbox.
- Enter a Schedule Name.
The name must be no more than 32 characters.
- Select a Frequency for the report to run from the list.
- If an email server is configured, enter an email recipient for the report. Multiple recipients must be separated by a comma or new line.
- Click Save Schedule.
