Microsoft Azure

This is a bring your own license (BYOL) virtual machine image (VMI), you must already have a SIP license to activate the subscription.

FMOS can run as a virtual machine on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform. FireMon has taken the need to manually set up the VMI by providing it as a download using the Azure Marketplace.

Follow the Azure Marketplace process:
1) If you want the same FMOS release version as available.
OR
2) If you want a later FMOS release version than is currently available; begin with the VMI and perform the update process detailed in the About Updates chapter.

Follow the VHD process if you want an FMOS version earlier than what is available in Azure Marketplace.
