Register

FireMon is headquartered in the United States, and any information we collect about you will be processed there. By registering for Insights, you acknowledge that your personal information will be handled per the policy outlined at <link>.

Registration ensures secure communication with Insights, enabling you to ask questions using FireMon Cloud AI. You will create a new user account when accessing Insights for the first time. Once registered, you can access Insights anytime from the module selector.

  1. On the Administration toolbar, go to Settings > Insights.

  2. Click Register.

  3. If you agree to the Insight Registration terms, click Register.

  4. Upon successful registration, the Registration Details section will populate with data.

Registration Details

  • Client ID—is both the FireMon SaaS Client ID and the FireMon User Center Account Customer ID.

  • Registration Date—is a timestamp of the date and time of successful registration.

  • Installed Insight Plugin—is the version and related checksum.

  • Available Remote Insight Plugin—If a remote plugin is available, its version and checksum will be displayed, and the Install button will be enabled.

Install Remote Plugin

Installing the remote plugin will retrieve it from the FireMon Cloud and install it on this Security Intelligence Platform instance, replacing any existing version.

Click Install.
