Workflows

Users benefit from the workflow dashboards because they can view a topology of the tickets in the system based on where the ticket is in the workflow. Charts are color-coded showing how many tickets are in each task, thereby assisting in making decisions about prioritization. The dashboard helps you to prioritize and know which tickets to act on first.

There are three dashboard types:

  • User displays information pertaining to the signed in user.
  • Management displays information pertaining to the management of tickets.
  • Operations displays information pertaining to the daily operations of ticket management.

The dashboard includes KPIs and widgets that track the performance of the tickets in Policy Planner.

To access a different dashboard, click Dashboard and select from the list.
