Devices Page

To view the Device page, complete the following steps.

  1. On the toolbar, click Overview > Devices or or click the Domain Home arrow and select Go To All Devices List.
  2. Complete any of the following options.
    • To view a device, click on the device in the Device column.
    • To view the number of rules in the device, click on the number in the Total Rules column.
    • To view the last revision of the device, click Last Revision.

Device List

The Devices page displays a table that includes all of the device groups in a network, along with information about that device group.

Value Description

Device

The unique name given to the device.

This symbol represents that a supplemental route has been added to this device.

Management IP Address The management IP address used.
Vendor The manufacturer of the device.
Product The vendor's name for the device.
Complexity The percentage that measures the complexity of the device's firewall rule configuration. Every new component a network administrator adds to a network—such as a group member, host, network, or service—adds to the device complexity. The higher the device complexity, the greater the risk of a configuration error.
SCI The SCI is the sum of all unique controls' severity value that resulted in a failed status over all unique controls' severity values that passed or failed multiplied by 10 rounded to two decimal places, half up.
Total Rules The total number of rules on the device.
Last Revision The timestamp of the last successful revision.
Type The type of device.
ID The unique SIP-generated (not set by a user) identifier (UUID) for an object. Click to view.
