Key Performance Indicators
A key performance indicator (KPI) is a type of performance measurement. Security Manager uses KPIs on dashboards to provide a quick overview of how the domain, device group, or device is performing.
KPI Trend Color-coding
—favorable trend
—warning trend
—unfavorable trend
—no change or no historical data
Domain KPIs
- Devices Inventory—the number of licensed devices being managed for the selected domain
- Devices Revised (Last 7 days)—the percentage of devices that were revised in the last 7 days
- Unused Rules (Last 90 days)—the percentage of rules that have not been used in the last 90 days
- Average Security Concern Index—the average security concern index (SCI) score for all devices within the selected domain (all devices group)
Management Stations KPIs
- Member Devices Inventory—a count of the total number of licensed devices being managed
- Average SCI for Member Devices—the average of the current SCI score of all the devices under the management station
- Member Devices Revised (Last 7 days)—the percentage of devices that were revised in the last 7 days
- Unused Rules (Last 90 Days)—the percentage of rules that have not been used in the last 90 days
