Service Objects

A service object implements the user’s interactions with the application. Security Manager normalizes service objects into a protocol and depending on which protocol then a type / code or port as well.

Common protocols used are ICMP(1), TCP(6), UDP(17).

 

Access Service Objects

• On the toolbar, click Policy > Service Objects.
