Run an Omnisearch Report

This report provides a list of Omnisearch results for selected object and rule types.

To run this report, complete the following steps.

1. On the toolbar, click Reports > Reports Library.
2. In the Reports Library table, click Change Report.
3. Complete the General section.
   1. The Name and Description fields are prepopulated, but can be changed.
   2. In the Device or Device Group field, select the name of the device on which the report will run.
   3. To include devices from child device groups, switch the key to enabled.
4. By default, all Options are selected to be included in the report. Each selected option will search and return results for the data in the Search Value field. To exclude, clear a toggle key (blue is included, gray is excluded).
5. Select HTML, PDF, or CSV as the Report Format export type.
6. Click Run Report.
