My Reports

Every time you run a report, it is saved in My Reports for 14 days (this is the default period, but is configurable in the Administration application > Settings > Security Manager > Reporting).

Status provides a quick view of which reports completed successfully or did not complete due to errors.

Name displays the name of the report and type of output format.

  • Click the report name link to view the report.
  • If an error occurred, click the Error details... link to view the cause of the error.

Description details what is in the report.

Report Completed displays the date and time a report was run.

Click a column heading to change the sort order.

View Reports

To view the reports you have created or to view run errors for a report, complete the following steps.

  1. On the toolbar, click ReportsMy Reports.
  1. Click on a report.

Only reports that you generate will be listed in My Reports.
