Configure the Scoped Application

1. Log in to your ServiceNow Service Management dashboard.

2. In the Filter navigator, enter FireMon.

3. Click FireMon Integration, configure the FMOS server for the scoped app.

   1. In the FireMon Server Address box, enter your SIP URL address..

   2. In the FireMon Domain ID box, enter your Domain ID. This is found in the SIP URL, the number after domain/ (.../#/domain/1...).

   3. In the Policy Planner Workflow ID box, enter the workflow instance to integrate with. This is found in SIP Administration > Workflow > Workflows.

   4. Click Save.

4. Create a new user account for the scoped app.

   1. Navigate to User Administration > Users.

   2. Click New.

   3. Complete the fields, and then click Submit.

5. Set the new user roles.

   1. Search for the new user account you just created on the All Users list.

   2. Click the User ID name to open.

   3. Scroll to the and click the Roles tab.

   4. Click Edit.

   5. Add itil to the Roles List and then click Save.
