Auto Design Change

If you enabled auto design within the workflow in the Administration module, you will see it as an action to take on the ticket in the Design task. This setting will allow configurations to be made to automatically create change plans on Policy Planner tickets provided that all set parameters are met for the requirement.

Auto Design Change can be used to override values provided by the workflow pack configuration. Changes apply only to this task configuration.

This task is used to prepopulate changes on a Policy Planner ticket. For some Requirement Types, it is required that the ticket go through this step to determine needed changes.

Auto Design Change settings are managed in the Administration module in the Workflow page. The type of workflow will determine if these settings are available to edit.
