Tickets List
Open the All Tickets Page
- On the toolbar, click Tickets.
The following table defines the values in the All Tickets table. Tickets are sorted by creation date and time, with the most recent ticket at the top.
| Value | Description |
|---|---|
| Ticket Number | The system generated number assigned to the ticket. Numerical order based on Create Date. |
| Summary | The description that was entered for the ticket when it was created. |
| Priority | The priority of the ticket, which can be low, medium, or high. |
| Task | The stage in the workflow the ticket is in. |
| Assignee | The user assigned to the ticket. |
| Due Date | The date when the ticket must be completed by, |
| Requester Name | The user who requested access to the network. This could be the same user who created the ticket. |
| Created Date | Timestamp of when the ticket was created |
| Tags | List of any tags that have been applied to the rule |
