Delete Attachments

In order to delete attachments after they have been uploaded:

  • Delete Attachments must be enabled in Settings in the Administration application
  • A user must have the ticket assigned to them
  • A user must have Write permissions for the task the ticket is in

To delete an attachment, complete the following steps

  1. Open the ticket.
  2. Click the Attachments tab.
  3. Click the Delete icon .
  4. Confirm the deletion and click Delete.

If Delete Attachments is not enabled, you will not see the Delete icon.
