Delete Attachments
In order to delete attachments after they have been uploaded:
- Delete Attachments must be enabled in Settings in the Administration application
- A user must have the ticket assigned to them
- A user must have Write permissions for the task the ticket is in
To delete an attachment, complete the following steps
- Open the ticket.
- Click the Attachments tab.
- Click the Delete icon

- Confirm the deletion and click Delete.
If Delete Attachments is not enabled, you will not see the Delete icon.
