Import from Ticket

When you are assigned a ticket, you can import requirements from another assigned ticket in the Edit Request task of the workflow.

To import requirements from an existing ticket, complete the following steps.

  1. Once you are assigned a ticket, on the toolbar, click Tickets.
  1. On the ticket table, click on the assigned ticket.
  1. In the Change Plan section, click Import from Ticket.
  2. Select the ticket to be used to import from in the Workflow Ticket list.
  3. Review the requirements. You can either Edit or Delete each existing requirement prior to importing.
  4. Click Import.
  5. In the Import Behavior dialog box, select which action to take, and then click Import.
    • To permanently discard all existing requirements, click Overwrite existing.
    • To retain existing the existing requirements list, click Append to existing.
