Import from Ticket
When you are assigned a ticket, you can import requirements from another assigned ticket in the Edit Request task of the workflow.
To import requirements from an existing ticket, complete the following steps.
- Once you are assigned a ticket, on the toolbar, click Tickets.
- On the ticket table, click on the assigned ticket.
- In the Change Plan section, click Import from Ticket.
- Select the ticket to be used to import from in the Workflow Ticket list.
- Review the requirements. You can either Edit or Delete each existing requirement prior to importing.
- Click Import.
- In the Import Behavior dialog box, select which action to take, and then click Import.
- To permanently discard all existing requirements, click Overwrite existing.
- To retain existing the existing requirements list, click Append to existing.
