Save a Filter

Saved filters will be listed in the Filter Library.

To save a created filter, complete the following steps.

  1. After you have finished creating the filter and it successfully returns the results you were searching for, click Save As.
  2. In the Save Filter dialog box, complete the following steps.
    1. In the Name box, type a name for the filter.
    2. Optional. In the Description box, type a description for the filter.
    3. To add the filter to the Favorite Filters table, click Show In Favorites.
    4. To share a filter with a specific user group, click Shared with and select a user group from the list. You may select more than one user group.
  3. Click Save.
