Save a Filter
Saved filters will be listed in the Filter Library.
To save a created filter, complete the following steps.
- After you have finished creating the filter and it successfully returns the results you were searching for, click Save As.
- In the Save Filter dialog box, complete the following steps.
- In the Name box, type a name for the filter.
- Optional. In the Description box, type a description for the filter.
- To add the filter to the Favorite Filters table, click Show In Favorites.
- To share a filter with a specific user group, click Shared with and select a user group from the list. You may select more than one user group.
- Click Save.
