I don’t have a registration button?

Make sure you are on the correct version of SIP, v2024.5 or later.

My registration failed, now what?

Make sure your SIP instance has outbound access as described in prerequisites.

Make sure you have a valid and updated license from User Center, tied to your unique Customer Account.

Logging In

I don’t know my user name for Insights, how do I find it?

Your user name should automatically populate when you log into Insights from SIP, in the module selection menu. It will also be in the query string of the initial log in attempt

I forgot my password, what do I do?

Using your existing user name, you can reset your password with the Forgot Password link at the log in screen.

We're just sending the sum of logins for users, right? Or are we sending the user / email logging into SIP as well, but only making the total number of logins available via KPI?

This data is all summarized before being sent to Insights, it is not per-user/email

If we select a device group then are all AI responses limited to that device group (like for APA etc)?

Not currently. This is a roadmap feature, and an important one for making Network APA-style queries work

Can we sort KPIs on the dashboard (other than clearing them all and selecting them in order from top to bottom)?

Not yet, this is a roadmap item.

- Why are some KPIs displayed on a green-to-red scale, while others are only blue?
- KPIs shown in blue indicate metrics without a good or bad value. The slider represents your percentile, rather than a performance rating.

Ask AI is giving a bad response to my query, what can I do?
